Lois and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They were to great lengths to explain the procedure. My dignity and comfort was paramount, and throughout the procedure I was kept both informed, and reassured. I can honestly say that I was dreading this test ,however I was made to feel totally at ease, and will not be worried if I need to return.

Lois and her team were very professional, informative and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and Lois was very happy to answer questions regarding the treatment she was giving and any further investigations that may be required. I felt as though my comfort/ care was their number one priority during the procedure.

Very professional but caring. Listened and advised. Explained everything very clearly and went over things if I wasn't sure. The others in her team were great too, helping to take my mind off the procedure that was happening, lessening my worry and overall making me as comfortable as possible in that scenario. Thank you.

Really pleased with the team work, i have never been seen by a Hysteroscopist before.I found them very helpful and cheerful and they kept me informed of the procedure all the way.

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005. I enjoy my role in supporting women with menstrual issues who are referred to my own nurse-led clinics.
